1Who we are
This site and the Coven Codes membership are operated by coven codes, 777 luck ave, lucky beach, Queensland, AU. You can contact us at any time at support@covencodes.app.
2Agreement
By creating an account or paying for membership, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not create an account or purchase a membership.
3Eligibility
Membership is available to people aged eighteen or older. By joining, you confirm that you are eighteen or older.
4Membership and billing
Membership costs thirty three dollars per month. Payment is charged automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us. We may change the price with at least thirty days notice, sent to the email address on your account. A price change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for.
5Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account page inside the portal, or by emailing support@covencodes.app. Your access continues to the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the current period. Our refund policy forms part of these terms.
6What membership includes
Membership gives you access to the portal and the content in it as it exists at the time. Content, features, and live elements may be added, changed, paused, or withdrawn. Nothing in the portal is guaranteed to remain available for any particular length of time.
7Your account
An account is for one person. Do not share your login details with anyone. Sharing access, or allowing another person to use your account, may result in your membership being ended without a refund.
8Intellectual property
All content in the portal is owned by coven codes and is licensed to you for your own personal use only. You may not copy it, redistribute it, post screenshots of it publicly, resell it, or use it to build a competing product or offering. This licence ends when your membership ends.
9Member conduct
What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Do not repeat what another member shares outside the portal.
Harassment of other members is not permitted. Do not solicit other members for your own business or offers. Do not record live sessions. We may end a membership for a breach of this section, without a refund.
10No professional advice
Coven Codes is educational and personal development content. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified practitioner. If you need advice of that kind, seek it from someone qualified to give it.
11No guarantee of results
Any outcome described by us, or shared by another member, is an example of what happened for one person. It is not a promise or a guarantee that you will experience the same thing.
12Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with your membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13Privacy
We collect the email address you sign up with, the name and details you choose to add to your profile, and anything you write inside the portal. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. Account data is hosted by Supabase.
We do not sell your information.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email at the address on your account. Continuing to use your membership after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
15Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute connected with them is subject to the courts of Australia.
